I&#8217;m just not hungry these days.  Gotta find some calorie-dense foods to fill up my plate.  Slowly, but surely, I&#8217;ll find a balance.

<p>					Another sleepy day.<br />
My 17-year-old struggled with insomnia last night and I stayed up until 3 with her.  Her anxiety and depression has been a  little funky lately.  I am going to do some major research this week about changes I can make in her diet that may help.  As for me &#8211; my back, side, stomach pain is pretty bad.  My ultrasound is tomorrow and should rule out liver, gallbladder or kidney as the culprit.  I don&#8217;t know.  All I do know is that I am wiped out.  Still, I went for a walk today.  I am redoubling my efforts to lose the weight before the warm weather arrives.  Good luck to us all!

<p>					New month, new habits.  Okay, so I kind of forgot about this place, by the end of last month.  I am attempting to make this a normal part of my day.  I&#8217;m giving myself until Easter to turn this into a Don&#8217;t Think, Just Do It habit.  <br />
In other news, I have been incredibly tired recently and am awaiting some blood work to see what is wrong.  The preliminary guess is something having to do with my kidneys.  Bleh.  I hope not.
