9:30AM: Okay, I’ve been neglecting my calorie counting. Expect that. Accept that. I think that is how I’m going to do it for the rest of my life and I’m okay with that.
My main purpose is to check in from time to time to make sure I am still on track with my calorie intake. I was definitely undereating without realizing it during these past few months and I don’t want to make that mistake again.
As for my food choices…they’re not too bad other than the fact that I need more vegetables and a lot more variety. I’ll work on that eventually.
I’m feeling good though and I have a nice busy day ahead of me!
6PM: Well, I was feeling snacky today, so I had popcorn and an ice cream back-to-back. Eh – whatever. I made sure to add a handful of walnuts to it so that it didn’t completely throw off my blood sugar for the rest of the day. I’ll have to watch how I eat tomorrow. I think the snackiness was because I waited about 4 hours before my first meal this morning. That always causes a problem.
