Mood: Excited

9:30AM: Okay, I’ve been neglecting my calorie counting. Expect that. Accept that. I think that is how I’m going to do it for the rest of my life and I’m okay with that. :) My main purpose is to check in from time to time to make sure I am still on track with my calorie intake. I was definitely undereating without realizing it during these past few months and I don’t want to make that mistake again.
As for my food choices…they’re not too bad other than the fact that I need more vegetables and a lot more variety. I’ll work on that eventually.
I’m feeling good though and I have a nice busy day ahead of me!

6PM: Well, I was feeling snacky today, so I had popcorn and an ice cream back-to-back. Eh – whatever. I made sure to add a handful of walnuts to it so that it didn’t completely throw off my blood sugar for the rest of the day. I’ll have to watch how I eat tomorrow. I think the snackiness was because I waited about 4 hours before my first meal this morning. That always causes a problem.
